Publishing a build

A build listing sells the full recipe: the body file, printable parts, cut files, firmware, guide, and calibration. Buyers get signed download links; the parts themselves are bought on AliExpress.

  1. Save a draft in the editor.
  2. Upload files on the publish page: STL, DXF, PDF, images, firmware, and your authored guide.
  3. Set a price in USDG (0 for a free build) and the kind: BUILD for the recipe, PHYSICAL if you ship finished units yourself.
  4. Confirm the hash. Publishing freezes the draft and returns the content hash, keccak256 of the canonical JSON of the slug, body hash, manifest, and files.
  5. Create the listing with Listings.create from your wallet. The store shows it as soon as the indexer sees the ListingCreated event.

A published build is frozen. Change its price or pause it from the edit page (Listings.update); to change the body, save a new draft under a new slug.

Payouts

Each sale splits the price on-chain: the platform fee (10% by default) goes to the treasury and the rest to you, paid in the same transaction.
